Issuance of grade reports and diplomas

          Grade reports are issued to students at the end of each term. Diplomas are issued to grade 12 students at the graduation ceremony held at the end of an academic year.

          Grade reports and diplomas are not issued to students in the following situations:

             1.     Students who commit a serious offence as judged by the school administration may not receive their diplomas before the offence is dealt with and settled.

             2.     Parents/ guardians of candidates must settle any outstanding financial issues with the school before their children can receive their diplomas.
